Just a quick check-in to update you on the current status of chapter 13: I am now 75% of the way through coloring this thing. Gettin’ there, marker by marker and brush by brush!

A couple of years back I had posted a teaser of some pencils I was working on, and now I present you with a cell phone photo of the finished colors, still taped to the drafting table.

At this point I’m close enough to the finish line to think about when I’m actually going to start publishing chapter 13. I will resume my previous practice of releasing pages a few days early for my $1+ Patreon subscribers, and then release to the general public two or three days after. I have tentatively decided on a start date of Monday, August 31st for $1+ Patreon subscribers, though I haven’t yet decided whether to have the public release day be Wednesdays or Thursdays. But I’ll figure it out by then.

So, a reminder to get caught up on the story so far if you haven’t already done so!

You can read the whole thing online on the Valley of the Silk Sky website or you can acquire book collections of Parts 1 and 2 in either print or digital formats. Please note that the events in chapter 13 immediately follow the events in chapter 11, which is not included in the book collections since it’s in Part 3. So be sure to read chapter 11 as well, lest ye be confused as to what the hell is going on.
